Refund Policy
The short version
Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Used credits are not, except in cases of clear product malfunction on our end. A refund under this policy is your sole financial remedy for the credits in question — see section 8 of the Terms of Service for the overall limitation of liability.
Unused credits — 30-day refund
If you purchased credits in the last 30 days and you have at least as many credits in your account as you purchased in that order, we will refund that order in full. Email hello@wyreup.com from the address on your account with your order ID; refunds are processed back to the original payment instrument within 10 business days.
Partial refunds
If you've used some but not all of the credits from a recent purchase, we will refund the pro-rated amount for the unused portion at the per-credit price you paid.
Used credits
Credits already consumed by a successful PRO tool run are not refundable. A successful run means the tool ran end-to-end and returned a result, regardless of whether the result was what you hoped for. AI model accuracy, output suitability for your specific purpose, and second-guessing the result after the fact are not grounds for a refund — see the warranty disclaimer in the Terms of Service.
Exception: if a tool returned a clearly broken result due to our infrastructure failure (an internal error, a truncated response, a stack-trace where output should be), email hello@wyreup.com with the run ID from your account history and we will refund the credits used.
Failed runs are auto-refunded
If a PRO tool fails to complete (e.g. the model provider returns an error), we automatically refund the credits to your balance. No action needed — you'll see a "refund" entry in your account history. This is built into the platform, not a manual process.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing dispute, please email us first. Filing a chargeback before contacting us, when a refund would have been issued anyway, results in your account being suspended pending resolution because chargebacks carry fees that we cannot absorb at our pricing.
A chargeback does not entitle you to retroactive refund of credits already consumed. Successful PRO tool runs that ran against the original purchase have been paid for by you to the hosted-AI provider via our infrastructure; those costs are not recoverable on our side. If a chargeback reverses a purchase whose credits were consumed, your account balance will reflect the resulting deficit and further PRO usage will be blocked until the deficit is settled or the chargeback is reversed.
Account closure
If you close your account, we refund any unused credits in your balance regardless of the 30-day window. Email hello@wyreup.com to close.
